Hi,
I remember from your other thread the stud is a champion? If so, it will pretty much be whatever they want to charge. compare that to the others available in the area- both pet and show, unfinished and championed, and see the difference in both quality and price.
If he is the best for her then I'd say just pay it; or is he your choice for convience since it is your breeders? Have you talked to other breeders and exhibitors in your area?
