Can you put him in a room or area as far from the noice as possible.
Can you mask some of the noice when you are away with music.
I would also wear him out before you go so he sleep.
Get a Kong and freeze it with Peanut butter to give him something to do.
Do you think any of this cold be missing you if so work on separation anxiety protocol. which I can give you as well.
