Ok on to seriousiousness. I agree with the OP. I think our society thinks it is ok to just get rid of dogs. Granted some don't feel the same way I do about mine. However, it is a committment that should not be taken lightly. It irritates me as well. And it does seem like there has been a lot of rehoming situations lately. With that said, if they don't want them there than the dogs should be allowed to live with someone who will love them. I just think it is very sad to move them from home to home. I think people need to think things through a little better.
