PPE Pet Supplies scroll down about 3/4 down the home page and you will see where you can sign up for email alerts.(left hand side of the page) The FOS items are available when they send the email out on Thursday. They also have other sales, but the FOS are where you get the best deals.
and don't for get the coupon code (ppecoup) it will give you 20% off and it must be a never ending code..I have used it for at least a year
