This family has been fighting to regain custody of their dog who was taken from them just because he was deemed a Pitbull. They made this decision based on his stucture. His family was responsible. This dog was neutered, microchipped, and never had a complaint. They had him since he was five weeks old. He was five years old when the City barged in and seized him just for what they conceived to be a dangerous breed. He has been living in a dirt shed the past year while the family fights to save his life. Below is an article. The animal warden claimed and swore in court she was afraid of Lenox, and that she felt he was dangerous. Yet the pictures of her with him say differently. Why did she lie? She lied because they could not afford to lose such a high profile case. Very nice. This poor dog will be put to death based on a lie by a animal control officer and just for being a dog they deemed dangerous. Not on evidence. Racial profiling is wrong, human or animal. And by the way Lenox is a Labrador Retriever / American Bull Dog. He has no Pittie in him.
