Default Indoor potty training

Hello,
I've been browsing this forum for quite some time now ever since I got my yorkie. Im having difficulties with training her to go on her pee pads. I placed a grass patch from pets smart over the pee pads too. When we first got her, she was 8 weeks old and went on the pads consistently. I was so surprised how quickly she leafed, so for 3 weeks it was all good. After she got her shot from the vet when she turned 12 weeks, the next day she never went on the pad. Ever since then she has avoided the pad, and she isn't even close to it. Whenever I tell her to go to go on the pad she just sits there or bites me.(a whole other issue). I've given her treats and praises whenever she did go on the pad which would be once every couple of days, but this hasn't helped.I guess I'm just confused as how she can just forget where she should be going...and I dontknow what else to do! Every time I can I try to encourage her to go on the grass but she walks away and sneakily goes somewhere else! Does anyone know what I should do?

I've owned a dog before and she was potty trained indoors as well, so I know it's possible!

Thanks!
