There's a pet store in our local mall that sells puppies. It's just like you describe...shredded paper, often two to a plexiglass cage and most the pups look to be in rough shape. The store also sells RC kibble, Puppia harnesses, Zack & Zoey clothing (all of which I like....) as well as carriers, beds, etc. I refuse to buy anything there & buy what I want online or at petsmart/petco, because I will not support a pet store that sells puppy mill puppies...or any puppies...because I don't believe any decent breeder would give their puppies to such a place.
