Every breeder is different especially from country to country.Over here (Majorca,Spain) all breeds are allowed home at 45 days old,in bigger breeds as young as 40 days.
Both of my yorkies came home at 5 and 6 weeks old and both were fine,it all depends on where you are and of course on the breeder
