I have had random people at every festival I've been to this summer ASK if they could take a photo(s) of ZoE. Some had never seen a dog in a doggie stroller before and wanted her pic, others liked what she was wearing at the time...like at our most recent Scottish Festival where she was wearing a custom made tartan harness with matching leash and tartan ribbon bow...everyone we saw seemed to go nuts over that.
But, I've never had anyone try to take photos without asking...that would be really strange & very rude!
