There was a piece on the news a couple of weeks ago about a person who walked into a pet store and took a little Maltese puppy. They showed the store video of this guy just walking around with the pup and then walking out with it. It was later found by someone in a dumpster! The guy took the puppy just to throw it in a dumpster! Thank God someone heard it crying and got it out. It was eventually returned to the store.
