I would discuss this with your doctor before getting a dog. Some Yorkies have undercoats and some do not. Not having an undercoat just means there is less fur to hold the dander on the body. The dander is still going to go somewhere.
It would be a shame to get a Yorkie and then have to get rid of it because someone has a reaction to him. There are things you can do to keep the dander at a minimum but you would have to be constant in your attempts to keep allergens down. My daughter is very allergic to the saliva factor. She will break out in hives if Gracie just licks her. She also starts wheezing at times. She moved back home after I already had Gracie and I am not going to get rid of my fur baby. DD controls her issues with medication. She loves animals anyway and will probably always have to take allergy meds.
All my research shows all yorkies have no under coats?
