They can get weak from dehydration, but falling over I'd highly doubt. She does still need bloodwork done immediately to evaluate her better.


Definitely get your pup to the vet today for testing and examination. As LadyJane said, it is much cheaper to do it during the day and not wait for another emergency during the night. Even if your pup appears to be doing much better, get into the vet because swaying and falling over are not normal.
