If the swaying gets worse or if she exhibits other neurological symptoms, I would take her back to the vet immediately. If she becomes more lethargic, again back to vet. If she worsens in any way, I would go back to ER vet. Otherwise, I would definitely go to my regular vet in the am and have them look at her.
You can get care credit lines to pay for vet bills. I think they are available through vet practices.

Exactly. Neuro problems need to be ruled out. I also would be uncomfortable that this came after snack like Pupperoni (obviously time to throw those away - they really aren't good for pups anyway). Any further symptoms and the ER would be absolutely necessary; otherwise, regular vet in the am to start trying to figure out what is causing this. Unfortunately, dogs can be incredibly expensive to vet. Yorkies are also prone to several very serious issues.
