^^I agree with Gidget.

Could be neuro, liver shunt, or maybe even pancreatitis. Only further testing and evaluation will tell.

Ditch the Pupperoni. It is very high in fat. Yorkies are prone to pancreatitis and something like Pupperoni could easily set it off.

Monitor your pup's gums. If they are pale and sticky, she is in serious danger. If these are neuro symptoms she is having, the sooner she receives treatment, the better.
