My Pixie has floppy ears too. I think they are adorable, however she does get a lot more ear infections than any of my others did/do. My vet actually gave me a cleaner it is for swimmers ear, I am to put that in her ears after each bath it helps dry out any water left in there, because they are floppy they do not dry as well. I try to make sure they are good and dry, b ut I like having this stuff to ensure it gets what I miss. I also found she has a lot of hair in her ears, I have never had to do the ear plucking thing with any of the others I have had, but with her I do. I do not do it myself tho, I get the groomer to do it as I would think it hurts and I do not want to be the one to do that to her. I was told it does not hurt them, it just makes a stranger sound to them and that is why they are a little jumpy during it, but I do not think I believe that.
