I wouldn't own one but from all I've read it's their training that makes them more violent that any other breed.

I know my friend growing up had a mutt. Nicest dog ever. Never had a problem in knowing that dog for over 10 years. Then one summer, just got her at a bad time and she bit me over the eye. Fluke thing.

So can't blame the dog...but I'd sure be going to small claims court (if nothing else) to sue for any vet costs for their negligence in letting their dog get out.
