I am sorry you feel that way, but it is not the animals fault the owner did wrong. The animal shouldn't suffer, Thank God we have wonderful people in this world that will go adopt dogs and cats at the shelter, and not blame them for something their previous owner did. If everyone had the same opinion like yourself...Lets just say this world would be VERY nasty
