I have a male - but have never had a female so I can't compare - but my male, Rowdy, is the sweetest little guy. He doesn't have an agressive bone in his body. He loves us, other people, and other dogs. He's just the sweetest friendliest dog I have ever seen. He lifts his leg to go potty, but he has not gone in the house for ages (he's 10 1/2 months old). He is not yet neutered and he does not mark in the house at all - he doesn't hump either - I guess we are just lucky.
