Please help if you can. NJSPCA is offering a reward to anyone with information leading to the capture and conviction of this piece of crap.

reward has been offered by the SPCA Police as well as Volunteers at the Woodbridge Animal Shelter for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individuals involved. Anyone with any information is asked to contact the NJ SPCA at 1800-582-5979 and speak with Officer M. Azzarello. All information is confidential and anyone who comes forward will remain anonymous.

If you are on Facebook here is the link also you can go to the NJSPCA site and they have pictures of the guy and his truck. A woman was seen holding the dying puppy crying as the truck sped off. He took the time to go in for drinks before leaving and the camera at the gas station has pictures. PLEASE. IF THIS CAN BE DONE TO A PUPPY THEN NEXT MAY BE THAT WOMAN OR A CHILD OR EVEN YOU. TWO WEEKS OLD AND GUTTED. WHAT KIND OF SICKO WOULD DO THAT? ANSWER, A VERY SICK SICK PERSON.
