If you have not already seen one, I suggest a board certified ortho surgeon. One of my pups has hip dysplasia and also some other problems with his hind legs. He had severe problems in his legs when he was born and has had surgery on one leg The surgeon I use said that it is possible that he will never have an issue with the hip dysplasia since it does not affect small pups the way it does the large ones.
