They have sent me the same response in the past. It's their polite way of saying, "I don't know."
I've written Coach a few times and half the time they've been clueless. The one time I emailed them about an Ipod case for a birthday present. They told me they wouldn't be out for over a month and a few days later they were online.
The last two years the pet carriers have come out in the fall so if they make them again they probably won't be able to tell you anything until close to that time.
