Patti...this money is supposed to go to the flood victims...but it may be in a round about way by giving vouchers for rebuilding. I wonder about people like my friend, Linda. Their house is condemned and needs to be bulldozed, as many other homes are here. These people can't rebuild their homes, and I hope they will still get some pay out from these funds. There are so many questions and no one seems to have answers.
