Regardless, when dogs have setbacks you should just return to basics: Limit their freedom around the house by maybe setting up an xpen or closing off a room. Have a crate and a pee pad available in that limited space. Then take them to the place you want them to go at regular intervals.

WEll I tell her, NO, bad girl, I never lay a hand on her. As soon as she does it she is put in a crate for half an hour and there is a pee pad in there.

I am thinking it because of my male yorkie, but its just very frustrating. My male is very passive and laid back, so I dont see a dominance issue there, if anything she mocks him and starts playing games with him all the time.
