 Medial Luxating Patella questions
I know there are lots of threads about luxating patellas but I have a few questions that I haven't found yet. Bentley was diagnosed with this in both knees yesterday. He said it isn't bad and to just keep him from jumping up and down things. Should I not allow him to go up stairs? Should I carry him up our stairs in our house? Can he still go for long walks? We walk about an hour everyday and he loves it. Any advice and info on this would be greatly appreciated. The dr says if I take precautions we can avoid surgery inthe furture so I just want to do everything right. Thanks in advance. |
