I think what he did was wonderful, He must care for you very much! You aren't going to show or breed her, So, what difference do the type of papers she has matter. My Yorkie Baron was 6 months when I got him and he has 1 ear that is 1/2 way up and the other is 3/4 way up. My Sophie is a re-home from off of here. She was 1 1/2 yo when we got her and neither ear stands up!! Did U notice how I said MY Baron and MY Sophie? It doesn't matter about ears, papers, how old they were or where they came from, The important thing is , she IS yours!! Get all of the ?'s out of your mind and enjoy that sweet little girl! They are only little for a very short time! You will find that they're very addictive and you will get to pick the next one out yourself!! Enjoy......
