I'd use regular oatmeal on her skin. Personally, I think Princess should only eat her Rx food per her vet. You can make your own oatmeal shampoo
1 cup oatmeal ground, 1 cup baking soda, 1 quart warm water -- apply to skin and leave on for 5-10 mins, then follow with a 50% water and 50% white distilled vinegar rinse.
