Lu is 1 1/2 years old but I have only had her for about 4 months. She came with a black Sherpa Classic carrier, I purchased a Sleepypod Mini in pink (found it for $40 and it is adorable), just got her a size 2 Buddy Belt and leash set in the Mandarin color, just ordered the Pet Flys Baby Doe in the mini size and I'm already looking to see what else I can pick up for her. Oh this is not good, not good at all!
I knew when I got Lu that she would be spoiled. I have considered her my midlife crisis, empty nest baby, but this could very quickly spiral out of control! She's so darn cute and I don't have anyone else at my house to spoil. Well that's not entirely the case, Zoe and Kai get pretty spoiled too. I am waiting on a Buddy Belt set for Zoe to arrive. Zoe and Kai do get spoiled but it’s not quite the same, they don’t need carriers or special this or that. |
I know exactly what you mean. Buster is my midlife crisis baby too. Who needs Prozac when you have a Yorkie. I must say though I am thinking of joining a 12 step program for my shopping addiction for Dog toys, carriers, blankets, beds etc. There are sooo many cute thing out there. Luckily Buster is a boy because all those adorable girl clothes have me drooling! I love the Buddy Belts Buster has a black one, a silver one, and a Dogzilla set (Green Reptile) They are the only harnesses where his ears do not go down when I put it on.
