TinEye is my detective. If you think you've seen a picture before, it can often find other uses of the same picture.
TinEye Reverse Image Search A negative answer mean little, I mean a picture could still be used multiple times even though TinEye didn't find it. Her facebook page also has a picture of her and an adult yorkie, so I agree, it's not a scam in that sense.
