Default In desperate need of help with seperation anxiety

So I moved this weekend off to college into an apartment and bought my Yorkie with me. Whenever I leave the apartment she has a FIT! She howls, cries and claws at the door. I can hear her from three stories down. The walls are so thin, I feel really bad for my neighbors and I really don't want her to get kicked out (granted, she could stay with my mom, where we lived before). I bought a thunder jacket, calming collar, bark off, calming pills, you name it! Nothing is working I feel so discouraged right now, poor baby. She was used to be left at home before and never acted like this. Now I don't go anywhere because I don't want the neighbors to get mad. What do I do?!?!?!!?
