talk to a professional dog trainer that can see her behavior first hand and help to address it. most dogs like this have issues stemming from fear or anxiety that lead them to react that way to people. she's defending herself by barking warnings to leave her space and then following up with the attacks. you will have to train her and yourself to work with her and also teach guests how to come calmly into the house and not be staring at her or confrontational to her. putting her on a leash/harness and teaching her to not attack the door will help. lots of praise and treats for backing away from the door and paying attention to you and not the guests. it's hard work and best done with a personal dog trainer. good luck
