She is cute and has a cute name. I would spay her. You bought her as a pet and not as a money maker. I bought my Ahi because I always wanted a girl and I do sometimes get upset when everyone keeps asking me if i'm going to breed her. I don't plan to. I agree with the other posts...Yorkies take a while to potty train. Please don't yell at her and when she goes potty where she is supposed to give her lots of praises. They work really well with positive reinforcements. Welcome to YT!
