I have a few questions. Who is the pack leader to the puppies ? Or is one yours and one your daughters ? The pack leader must correct unwanted behavior. Puppies learn not to bite too hard during this stage and the mother( who is the pack leader corrects them as needed) I recomend reading some training books ASAP. Two of my favorites are : Dog Perfect by Sarah Hodgson and How to be your dog's best friend by the Monks of New Skete. You may like like these methods or prefer another way. Some people really like the books and videos by Cesar Millan.
It will work out.
