Thank you for the prayers!!
So the emergency vet said to bring him in. After about 20-25 mins of the shaking he stopped though. I watched him closely for the rest of the night and nothing was unusual.
This morning he was fine too until about 45 mins after he had his morning meal. He had a regular stool when we first woke up and then he had his breakfast and he was playing. Then all of a sudden, the shaking started again. It lasted only about 10 mins this time so I took him to the vet right away and just got back. They ran blood tests and everything seemed normal. My vet still doesn't know what is going on and while I was at the vet (for about 1.5 hrs) it happened one more time so luckily the vet could see for himself what was happening. He said he COULD run xrays except if he swallowed wood it wouldn't show up. Only metal or rocks would show. SOOO, i'm going to watch him for the rest of the day and if anything else happens again, i'll bring him back.
Has anyone ever experienced seizures with their yorkie? This definitely wasn't a seizure but Vet said it could be early signs or else something called pall mall seizures??
BTW his temperature was normal.
SO worried still.... |
