I really enjoy strength training...a lot more than cardio so I'm enjoying the p90x routine. It's funny I haven't worked out in a while but muscle memory kicks in really quickly and I'm already feeling as strong as I used to when I would weight train regularly. I have to get better at my diet though...I'm not being as diligent as I should be...I ate 50g of carbs more than I should have yesterday
