The Washington State link shows that Tamara and Tiffany are the owners of APBD and APDB owns the trade name "Biewer Terrier Registry of America".
The Macon County, Il. court web site says that Tiffany has been charged with 4 felony counts of animal cruelty. (This is what??? up to 12 years in prison???).
So how can anyone say that BTRA is not involved? It is involved.
How can anyone say that BTCA is not involved? By the admission of their president above, they are involved....
Perhaps I am too stupid to understand.
