While she had what you call a super high temperature, I have a feeling it was not something that needed anything extra for it or the vet would have told you what to give her. Usually the antibiotic brings the temp down....a temperature is not always a bad thing. It is a normal response to infection. That is unless it is terribly high and again if it was, I am sure he would had done something there.
Hopefully she is feeling a bit better this morning.
