Jess used to LOVE to shred paper,empty toilet rolls etc when she was a pup and I used to find it funny until my vet told me to stop her doing it.Paper gets soggy and can easily get trapped in their windpipe and its very hard to get it out because it sticks to the walls of the throat once wet.
I must admit that I had no problems in all the time Jess shredded paper towels etc,but I stopped her doing it once my vet told me this.Its better to be safe that sorry

A good chew toy when they are teething is an old sock with a knot in it.They can chew that and swing it around and it stays intact.Also,I used a pacifier

I went to the chemist and bought a whole rubber pacifier (can you get those in the us?) which are practically unbreakable and both Lady and Jess LOVED them,they still have one each now and cant get enough of it lol.

If you can get them there,they are the best kind
