Kathy, I am beginning to think we may have to go to one of the bigger cancer hospitals like in Boston or Houston. I really appreciate you looking up that case. It really is up to the person/family to find the best treatment as I am finding. If I hear anything tonight I will post. |
I saw on the Livestrong.org site they offer one-on one help. It may be worth checking into it... think of it as YT for people with or who know people with cancer. They may be able to help guide you in the right direction, as they've "been there, done that". May be able to recommend someone or a clinic or hospital in your area that won't be "dragging their feet", or reassure you that you are on the right track, either way, but they are there to help, and they've got a lot of experience doing just that. They are 'up' on the latest research, treatments, and clinical trials and know where the best doctors in the world are. They've done all the legwork and have the answers, and if not, they will help you get the answers you need.
