She was drugged up in that first photo. I did not see her when she first got there as I was at the groomer when they called. I asked them if they could take her to my vet and then I went there after. My vet said that she was actually perky and wagging her tail when they brought her in. Hard to imagine.
I honestly don't know how those people who work at AC can stand seeing these things....they see the people. I would seriously lose it. They are angels to do what they do.
