Liver shunt has become quite an issue in biewer lines. I wouldn't purchase one that did not have genetic testing, nor any yorkie for that matter.
I wouldn't purchase from anyone selling "designer" breeds. I don't care what spin they put on it. If I were looking for a mixed breed dog or puppy, I'd go to my local animal shelter...they are filled with them.
