There are several brands that carry the salicylic acid, and you can fold a pad and let it sit on a zit for a minute. I say fold it because it will really dry out the sounding skin, and you only want to dry on the zit. You have to find your own skin's sensitively level. Some a minute might be too much, and others not enough.
