I'm the type that doesn't mind the humping as long as both dogs are ok with it. I have three dogs two that are fix and one girls that's not yet. If my neuter male tries to hump my not spayed girl she gets mad so I separate them. My spayed girl LOVES humping Lil' Man and he doesn't mind. I have seen her given him belly rubs afterwards
I have seen other female hump Lil' Man so I just think his a ladies man
His not a humper unless the female is in heat.
