If it were me, I would go to the vet as soon as possible. If it progresses to something like pneumonia, then you will have a much sicker dog on your hands. It will be much more difficult on her, you might lose her, and probably 10 times more expensive than just taking her in and letting the vet have a look-see. At this point, this is probably something that can be diagnosed without tests and fixed with a round of antibiotics.
