for those who have been following my threads..
He is doing ok, he is eating good (still small amounts) and peeing good. He went outside yesterday 7 times just to pee so he is getting plenty of fluids!!, he seems to be more comfortable now and his stomach isnt so hard. He is up and about more now, but is still hiding alot and wont come to me unless he needs to go out or eat.
He is MY dog and where I am so is he... so im pretty upset that my little buddy man is hiding from me.
I was concerned that he may have pancreatis, so I looked up the symptoms and he had most of them except for the fever, vomiting or diarreah. So I called the vet today where he was seen and she said that his blood work did not support that diagnosis but that doesnt mean he doesnt have it. So Im having the vet call me back when she can so that I can talk to her about his diet etc. The vet tech on the phone did tell me that they usually support that with iv fluids, bland diet and time, but if he is getting enough fluids, (when I make him his meals I make it like a soup) does he still need an iv?
Anyways, thanks all for the help and advice..
