I was just told "things change constantly in rescue, and the founders do what they think is best, so if his current momma wants to try to keep him they will leave him where he is" He was surrendered a month ago and where he is now was not supposed to be permanent as we were trying to arrange transport here. His current momma says she is overwhelmed by having so many not potty trained and she feels sometimes she is not giving them what they need, but she does not want to let any of them go unless she knows she has given it 100% try before transfering any of them to another foster home....so I do not know if he will be coming here or not.....I cannot write here how this makes me feel....But not pleased is putting it mildly
