I got my puppy last week and took him to the vet right away because of his bowlegged legs and he said it was not luxating patella but didn't tell why they look like that. Just. In case I went to another vet and got a second opinion and he also agreed it is not LP. He said it may be he was caged his whole life (he is 5 month old) but from what I've been reading here, most dogs with the back legs like that do have LP.
Can anybody tell me if they have been through something like this ? Were your Yorkies diagnosed right away when they were puppies? What should I do? Could two different vets have made a mistake?
