Tommy is not neutered,he only will hump my hubbys arm but never makes contact we have seen his little red thing before yucky...lol But when my hubby knocks him off his arm Tommy likes to kick his back feet and it looks like he is dancing. It is so cute when he gets around my aunts old old old female dog he does his dance and she just gets mad at him but he is in love with her
