I would guess A Wolf Spider, as you live in the USA. Funnel Web Spiders live in Australia. Not that it's impossible, but least likely...

They are very fast, but if you take a longish type stick and mess up the web everyday, she'll probably move on her own.

Just keep in mind all spiders carry venom, it's how they eat... Funnel Web Spiders are highly venomous and deadly in Australia....
