I am so sorry to hear of all the trouble.
Chicken bones are a big no-no, and i keep it simple, i was told since the beginning to keep it very simple and i still feed the dry food and use only home cooked chicken breast for treats and snacks, that was my breeder's recipe for treats from when i first got him. I am always pleased as he is very healthy.
You will learn more and more and the good news is that she is all better!
