This just reminds me of when Neo was about 6-7 months old. We used to take him to the dog park a lot before we got Connor, so he could interact with other dogs and socialize with everybody. One day when we were there, a man with a JRT stayed in the big dog section. Soon, we found out why--she had a problem with little dogs, especially Neo. If he came to the fence, she would reach her nose and try to pull him through it!:Her owner kept telling us that "she just wanted to play". Yeah, right. She would have killed him, no doubt. Really nasty little dog, and the owner just kept making excuses! Why else keep her away from her section? NO to being overprotective, just cautious like any Mom would be!
